Been taking this, about 40 minutes before going to the gym , citrilline malite + Di Arginine about 3g each in water.

I noticed that I get an amazing energy boost from this and can do more intense cardio bursts for longer durations.

I also notice that with this combo, I get a lot more sweating like crazy and I generate more body heat.

Anybody else experienced these symptoms and is it normal ? Also i'm unsure sure which amino acid is giving the best benefit.
