    Thought i would try some ZMA as it is supposed to be a natural test booster, improve recovery and lots of users have reported sleep aid.

    This sounded great, ive been taking the stuff for 3 weeks now and i have to say im having alot of trouble sleeping.

    Ive tried it before bed, with / without food. Even around 4-5 hours before bed, i just cant sleep. Seems to be working more like caffeine for me.

    The days i dont take it, i fall asleep just how i should do, only when i take it do i have trouble.

    I think its just giving me abit of stomach upset which is causing me to stay awake.

    Also as its supposed to be a natural test booster i have to say since ive been taking it, im alot LESS urm horny than normal. So much more less that im just not getting any urges to do anything, even with my girl. I dont understand why this product is doing the opposite of what its supposed to do for me. I bought it for the recovery and partly sleep aid, not the test before anyone mentions i dont need it at my age.

    Can anyone think of an explanation which would explain things?

    Urm i dont think so. Ive tried all sorts, due to the sleep problem ive even tried taking it like 4-5 hours before sleep and still no luck. The two things its supposed to do, for me is doing the opposite. Maybe one of the ingredients doesnt agree with me, but also affecting hornyness too? hmm

    maybe you are too young? if your at university your test levels will be bouncing anyway esp if you under or early twenties

    To be fair I have never come across this problem before

    I was wondering if my libido was down to the ZMA too!
    But sometimes I get to sleep great! I usually take it, a multivit and omega 3 and alot of water and just hit the sack. Much deeper sleep than usual, and when i wake up I feel alot more rested!

    Think I might cut it out for the next few weeks and see if theres a change!
    what other recovery products are out there then apart from ZMA?

    Done a bit of searching and found several reports commenting on ZMA side-effects caused by over-dosing:

    Quote Quote
    Having too much zinc can result in:

    * Requiring more dietary copper
    * Nausea, vomiting, dehydration
    * Stomach problems

    Too much magnesium in your body might give you:

    * Diarrhea
    * Gastrointestinal distress

    A vitamin B6 overdose may lead to:

    * Numbness of hands or feet
    * Muscle Spasms
    * Sleeplessness
    * Agitation
    Maybe 3 caps is too much for your body. Or maybe your eating too much of one of the ingredients. For instance:
