    Some of the greens powders (Barley and Wheat Grass), as well as the two MP Formulas SuperVeg and SuperFood, have been out for a fair while now. I was just wondering what peoples opinions on them are? How do you use them? Do you feel they help?

    Im looking to add some of them in just for general health, as well as to improve my recovery from training and immune support, so I was just seeing what everyone else thought.

    i use the superveg and superfood pretty much daily as i'm a bit lazy when it comes to fruit and veg intake.

    the superfood i have to take with choc whey as having it on its own tastes like chewing on tea leaves and bittery. superveg i'm fine with. tastes like a mild tea. best to down the superveg as it likes to clump.

    there's no major noticeable improvement like pump products. i find it's more for overall health really. works well for me

    Due to superfood xs tasting like the worst thing ever I decided to cap it.

    Each cap holds 1g so at 5 caps spread through out the day works of to be very good way of taking it.
