Take Creapure 4 times per day at 5 grams for 6 days to load (Split evenly throughout day)
Then take 5 grams per day about 30 mins per workout (or you could do 2.5grams 30mins before and 2.5g straight after workout)
With Beta Alanine take 20mg/kg bodyweight (4 times per day), so for a 75kg person that would be 1.5g.
