    I Have just started to use these pre workout to give me more of an energy boost and less fatigue.

    can you any recommend the dosage to take of each AND how long before my workout to get the maximum workout results

    Take Creapure 4 times per day at 5 grams for 6 days to load (Split evenly throughout day)
    Then take 5 grams per day about 30 mins per workout (or you could do 2.5grams 30mins before and 2.5g straight after workout)

    With Beta Alanine take 20mg/kg bodyweight (4 times per day), so for a 75kg person that would be 1.5g.

    Is the stack of beta alanine and creapure the best stack to use before a workout ? I need to increase my weights and push out more reps per set without giving in, plus not get fatigued as quickly as i do

    Isn't creapure ideal post workout, not pre. CEE is pre-workout.

    I don't dispute that (I agree with it), what I meant was, by protocol, CEE is taken before a workout and creatine mono (basically = creapure) is taken after a workout. Obviously, you choice one or the other as your creatine source.

    But if creatine monohydrate has been proven to work better, you would surely take that before...?

    Creatine is like protein, protein fills up your amino acid pool, creatine fills up your creatine pool (which obviously feeds into your phosphocreatine levels) - so I guess time doesn't really matter to be honest, I'm just going by the normal recommended intake timing.

    Some people take a split dose, once in the morning and another after their workout.
