    Hi all,
New to the site so firstly hello.

Im currently 13.2 stone down from 15 and looking to loose fat and build muscle.
Been training/lifting for about a year now and I know weight is very subjective due to muscle weight compared to fat weight but i've been at my current weight for a good long time now and dont seem to be increasing in weight again due to muscle gains.

So I brought some mp max weight gain.
Basically my question is this: Will taking this every day alongside creatine and protein make me fat rather than just built/muscular?

Thanks in advance for any help.

    Luke.

Agreed, the beginners guides are a good place to start. Supplements make up 5% of the story, decent training and a good diet are most important. After that I'd say the most useful supps for me have been

    1. Whey protein
    2. Omega 3 fish oils
    3. Milk protein

As has been said have a read of the stickies for some beginners info on nutrition and such, mainly your concerned with a high protein intake and making sure you have more than adequate calories going into you for your body to use to make muscle.

Specific to your question, weight gainer will only cause you to get fat if your eating too large an excess of calories as a result. Although obviously you probably don't want to waste the weight gainer, its not great for someone who is interested in weight loss, its mainly designed for those people who are naturally skinny and struggle to eat enough to put on weight of any type. You would be more suited to the standard impact whey if your looking to supplement your protein intake.
My advice useful? Then use MP45436 to get 5% off on your first order and earn me some reward points!
