Apologies if this thread has been posted in the wrong place, I wasn't sure where to post it as it involves nutrition, supplements and training.
Basically I started gym-ing it a couple weeks ago after about a 5-6 month break. My goals are still the same as before, which is also probably the most common goal people go for.
I want to lose fat and build muscle.
A workout that does both would be perfect, but if this is not possible emphasis on fat loss is preferred right now.
Anyway can you guys give me a good workout routine/supplement stack which will help me achieve this goal? I go to gym an average of 4 times a week. The only supplements I take right now are protein and creating on days I work out.
I'm just a beginner so a detailed guide would really be appreciated! Such as what muscle groups to work out on what days, what exercises, any cardio? When and what supplements should I take to speed this process along? Also what should I eat and when etc.
If it helps, I'm about 5 ft 6 and weigh around 75 kg, with majority of this weight being in the upper body as I have quite wide shoulders.
Thank You.

Thanks guys, I've now got a rough idea on training schedule and food, but I'm still confused about the supplements for my goals...theres too much to choose from.
So is there any chance you can help me out here by just listing some of them that are applicable to my goal?
IMO all you need at this stage is some whey protein to up your protein intake and take around training, look no further than the impact whey.
Some fish oil and a multivit won't go amiss either.
Fat loss and building muscle are a function of correct diet and training not fancy supplements.
You don't need anythig else at this stage. Use my code for 5% off.
