Doent CEE degrade quicker than normal creatine in the stomach, so less is delivered to your muscle?

apparently it doesnt need a "transport" system like glucose to get to its destination.

Perhaps but ive been using mono for 2 years now and noticed good strength gains but not as much as ide hoped for, besides im a follower of variation, so I think ill give CEE a go for 8 weeks see how it go's or might even look into Creatine Alkaline.

Apparently so, there was a study in 2007 that showed cee to be less stable than creatine mono. Mono is superior!
