Hey all,
So i'm thinking of ordering some Alpha Men to help keep my topped up on micro's, but i remember the buzz last year being that only 3% of supplemented vitamins and as low as 1% of minerals are absorbed, therefore making multi's pointless? Anyone know where those figures came from? Whether they are actually true?
