For anyone thats interested, I am using a large scoop that comes with MP powder orders to measure out the EW's

Just over 13 scoops per 1litre bottle
32 egg whites per bottle

32 / 13 = 2.5 (rounded up as per the small excess on the 13th scoop)


So 1 large scoop of EWL = 2 1/2 egg whites

Simples...
