Think I originally put this in the wrong thread...
I take pulse prior to training, and wondered whether, for optimal effectiveness, some of the active ingredients require topping up on rest days (I train Mon, Wed, Fri). In particular, do I need to maintain levels of CEE and Beta-alanine for these to work effectively? Do the other ingredients need such mainenance?

Further more, I use Recovery XS post-training; do L-glutamine and Leucine need to be maintained on rest days?
