Double the dose of arginine, taurine and caffiene!
Hi, I am using a pre workout formula with MP products with:
3gr taurine
3gr di arginine
4gr beta alanine (not feeling any typical effect, only on my lips)
1 caps of green tea
1 caps of caffeine
1gr tyrosine
1gr alcar
5gr bcaa
other that taste (lol) I am not feeling anything different during my workouts (pump caused by argi), fuller muscles (taurine), energy, focus (tyro, caff, etc...)
is anything wrong with me? lol

Dont use green tea pre workout. Always makes me a lot weaker, as does any strong antioxidant pre workout. Save it for after, you may find that alone solves your problem.
Dont use Taurine and Beta alanine together either, apparantly they inhibit eachothers absorbtion.

I wouldn't use taurine before a workout, rather, use it before bed. Beta alanine pre workout.
Just to add, none of those supps do anything for me too (apart from caffeine), hardly any supps have effect on me. It could just be that you don't get an effect from them too.

I have always heard about Taurine for pre workout (even the recommendations said its for pre) but well...who knows
Yes mate, I hardly feel any effect from supplements, even creatine etc...which is kind of strange and I feel sad
Maybe I will have to use like 6gr Beta Alanine to feel something or take 1.5 caffein caps, 2gr tyrosine, 5gr di arginine, 2gr alcar lol
I've tried mega dosing on some supps too, but alas, nothing! Most annoying, BUT it does save you money knowing there is no need to buy some supps! :P
