Hi all
I've just put in an order with MP and am a little confused as to how to combine the products for the best results. Here is what I have coming :
True Whey
Creatine Monohydrate
Recovery XS
My Bar Oats and Whey
L-Glutamine
Are there differences on what to take on training days and non-training days ? Can I combine the true whey, creatine and L-glutamine into one serving in the morning and then the true whey and L-glutamine for lunch and dinner, or do I have to take them separately ? And if separately, is it one after the other or with a certain amount of time in between each serving ?
