    Hello all together,

please can anybody help me? I have a few questions.

    1.
I ordered brown rice protein and L-Lysine powder because rice protein do not have enough Lysine - if I understood correctly.
How much of the Lysine I have to mix with 30 g of the rice powder so that it has the best success?

    2.
Basically... what is better: pea protein or rice protein?

    3.
I now also ordered the hemp protein. I want to test. Is this really better than rice protein or pea protein?

    4.
Three times daily I’m using several AAs:
NAC, Carnitine, N-Acetyl-L-Carnitine, DL-Phenylalanine, Carnosine, Glycine, Proline, Lysine, Methionine, Taurine, Arginine, Glutamine and EAAs.
Besides protein (until now pea protein and Colostrum).
I use them because I have several health problems.
I know that it is better to take different free AAs not at the same time and not together with protein - but there is hardly no possibility to stick to this because they are so many and all should take on an empty stomach and so on. So it is a problem for me.
Until now I make it in this way:
I take the N-Acetyl-L-Carnitine (1 g) and DL-Phenylalanine (1 g) together (together with Alpha-Liponic Acid) - three times daily on empty stomach - and 30 minutes after this I take 5 g Glutamine powder mixed with 3 g EAA powder together with all the others AAs in capsules (also three times daily).
Once till twice a day I take a protein shake - also approximately with 30 minutes waiting time to the AAs and in this shake I put 6-7 g EAA because I do not know if the pea protein (that I use until now) has enough of the essentials AAs.
And anytime between all this I use the Colostrum (I take it under my tongue) - also three times a day.
How can I make this better with all the AAs???
How long should the waiting time at least be between the taking of different AAs and proteins?
Some of the AAs - like Glycine and Proline - can be taken together, or not?
And especially: is it really a problem to take the the N-Acetyl-L-Carnitine and DL-Phenylalanine together? Or is this ok?

    ...

    Sorry for my bad English...

    Greatings

I don’t tolerate the other proteins. A small amount of colostrum is ok.
