As long as it fits in with your daily intake I really wouldn't worry, unless you are incredibly anal about health (which you aren't or you wouldn't even consider this), since you are taking it with a source of fats and carbs (in the way of full fat milk) digestion of the sugars will be slowed right down. No worries.
