    Hi All

Apologies if this has been already asked - or if it's a really daft question, but...

Noticed that or a lot of the mix yourself shakes (like True Whey) it says 'drink immediately after mixing'

I like to mix before going to the gym, take with me and drink it afterwards (rather than take a big tub and mix in the locker room) - but if I do that does the shake lose impact/is its efficacy reduced?

    Cheers for reading this

    Short answer - its fine

Slightly longer answer - I think some of the proteins might be changed if left in water for a long time, but they won't be made significantly less useful.

The real question is why mix it prior? I ALWAYS wonder this when these sort of threads come up.

Shaker. Whey. Add water when needed. Done.
