Bought my first batch recently... tastes totally foul...i mean REALLY bad, but not worried about that, as i just bang it and job done.

Also bought some choc smooth and vanilla and they taste fine.

Question is... when i put the water into the unflavoured whey it goes mental like a fizzy tablet and totally froths up... the flavoured dont.

Have i got a bad batch?

depends on how fast the water came out the tap and how vigorous you shaked it. a little frothing is normal.

taste wise. i cant really comment as we have our individual tastes. unflavoured whey jsut tastes like red cap milk to me.

    Hi,

All whey protein isolate will froth much more than WPC. It will also not taste as neutral as WPC. This is due to the much lower fat levels. Flavouring will of course always improve the taste and mixability due to added ingredients. Some people prefer the natural taste. Horses for courses.

Your unflavoured WPI sounds normal. Try adding nesquick or other flavouring if the taste isn't suitable for your needs.

    Hi,

The forum isn't to discuss customer service issues. Also the other thread was WPC not WPI. Please contact CS and they will look into it for you.
