    Hi all,

I am 5ft 11" around 174 lbs, i am looking to get rid of stubburn fat around the adominal region, i was looking into <competitor product> product, how would that compare with any products you have used. Recommendations are welcome, and if anyone has used <competitor product> or MP fat strippers let me know your thoughts.

I am vegeterian, so if i can have the product mixed in the drink that would be better, look forward to your comments.

    Rgds,

Dont touch the other producted you mentioned its pure rubbish as is 95% of the "fat burners" on the market today, MP's own version thermopure isnt a magic pill either but its cheaper than the rest and taken with a good diet and training its a good supp to have. That said I would opt for omega 3 fish oil, give your body the EFA's it needs and it wont see a need to store dietary fat.

Im pretty certain HTTK or someone put up an article claiming too much caffeine lead to insulin resistance. In my personal experience i have used caffeine and a sort of semi illegal (you can buy it legally in a herb shop just not pharma grade) substance and apart from being great at keeping me awake for 18 hours a day and giving me the jitters and slight high blood pressure it didnt help me lose any fat i didnt already anticapate with the calorie deficit.

But fat burners are fudging amazin for a hardcore gym session!!!

Just get together with a big bird like that and you'll always look like you're ripped.

Caffeine, maybe green tea, maybex2 CLA. And those don't come close to what you can achieve with diet.

Sadly most of the effective weight loss supps/drugs are controlled or semi-controlled substances, which means we can't really talk about them here for a start.

These guys are spot on with their comments about diet....but.....caffeine based products are worth taking whilst dieting because a) they can help to suppress appetite b) they can help you burn more calories whilst exercising c) they can help with motivtion/energy for the gym and d) I personally find a black coffee with sweetener can help suppress cravings for sweet food.

    Totally agree.

For a form of training that will promote increased (and more efficient) fat oxidisation, do fasted cardio first thing in the morning, make sure you consume either 10g BCAA ORa 30g whey only shake (either in water) prior to the workout.
