Hi quick question as i have been told to stay away from any calcium containing products(milk) or supplements for a two week anti biotic course.
question is i want to know if there's any calcium content in Impact Blend?? as i have been taking it for a while now & need to know if i should be stopping it for the coming two weeks.

P.s i couldn't find it in the ingredients list. but since some of the other "competitor Products" have a little calcium i wanted to know if impact blend was the same

All dairy proteins will contain calcium, some more than others. Impact blend will also but couldn't tell you how much, that would be one for MP! The whey I use contains about 100mg calcium per 25g serving.
