    So i already have my protein shake, and am just needing to buy my creatine but it seems a waste to spend 5 pounds on creatine and then 3.50 for delivery for such a small order. Was just wondering if any of you guys could suggest something to buy just to fill out the order a little bit?

    A good multivitamin always seems to be recommended even by those that don't really advocate supplements in general and I personally haven't found one with comparable content for that price.

    Daily vitamins covers off the basics (which is the whole point really). Alpha Men is the deluxe version, with some definitely useful extra stuff in there.

    Also can't really ever go wrong with fish oils if you want something else.
    Want to save 5% on your order? Want to repay me for the awesome advice I gave you? Or do you just like the cut of my jib?
    ---> Then use MP120578 on your 1st order & get a 5% discount.
