    Hi,
    Hope somebody can answer this question for me?;
    I have a bag of Impact whey isolate unflavoured and I have some flavouring.
    Can I premix the two?
    Could I put say half my unflavoured into a tub (e.g 500g) and mix it with the correct measurement of flavouring (roughly 50g) and mix the two of those in powder format thus making my own "Ready to shake" flavoured shake?
    As opposed to mixing it each time as directed 3g per 30g of whey protein powder just before mixing?
    I presume the protein itself wont be effected by living in the same tub as the flavouring for too long?
    Sorry for such a dumb question but had to be sure!

    Just make sure you shake it good so it's mixed well. No problems other than some shakes may be a bit tronger flavoured and others a bit weaker.

    Hi ,

    Just to get some clarity;

    I have ordered 1800g bag of Total Protein and ordered unflavored by mistake.

    So i ordered a bag of flavoring.

    Can i just empty the contents in to the other and shake the bag?

    :S

    Cheers

    Do you actually need the flavouring? I use unflavoured and it is not a problem at all. First time I had it with water it was a little odd but within a few days I was used to it! With milk you don't even notice it, except Total Protein (because you use more powder) but then I find it adds to the taste.
