Info Required For A Pal Whos Been Training For A While Diets Bang On Has Around 4 - 6 Good Meals A Day

    Current Supplements
    Impact Blend Protein
    Creatine Mono
    HMB
    L Glutamine

Was wondering would he be better swapping the hmb for something like EAA as this has all the aminos in and hes been getting conflicting advice some people saying use hmb some saying use eaa my advice was stick with something you find that works.

There isn't any point in supplementing with EAAs if his diet is 'bang on', he'd be getting more than enough from his diet alone. The only real use for EAAs and BCAAs is when you are training in a completely fasted state, even then the benefit is probably marginal at best. So I suppose just stick with the HMB and see how it pans out.

You've all but described hurricane XS there matey, which most would say is a decent product, whether taken as is or as separates like your firend is. The beauty about the separates is that you can obviously mix it to how you want it.
I'd be happy with that stack in either formula if the rest of my diet was good.
