I recently started taking Weight Gainer Elite in my diet to up my calorie intake, its working well I think only been taking it for 3 weeks and already seeing some gains.
I take it post workout only, seems to be working fine but should I be taking more simple carbs as well or continue as im doing?

    Cheers

As Khris said; are you an elite athlete? Secondly why do you think you need to be consuming more "simple carbs."

Thought its best to have simple carbs post workout to replace lost glycogen quickly?

The non elite version would've been just as effective and cheaper. The elite range is for people who get tested in their sports.

Unless your training almost to exhaustion and in succession (1-3 times per day) your glycogen stores wont deplete that much, dont get into the whole simple vs complex carb thing, the best thing you can do is eat a mixture of both along with good EFA and protein. P.S read the supplement descriptions before impulse buying that extra *£15* you spend on elite could have been used for fish oil or something.

I don't think weight gainer elite is part of the MP Max Elite range. It's around the same price as Total Gainer and it doesn't say that it has been tested for WADA banned substances.
