I drink 3 everytime I do my weights, I do notice the short energy boost.
At the minute i am taking 2 thermopure 15-20 mins before my breakfast and then my pre-workout drink around 5-10 mins before my workout in the afternoons.
Im just wondering if i could take 1 or 2 thermopure alongside my pre-workout drink to aid weight loss,
I usually do around 45 mins weights and then 20 mins cardio at the end of the session,

Is it safe to take 3 tablets in the afternoon on an empty stomach ( around 3pm)and then a pre-workout around 6pm for the gym ? I ask because the pre-workout contains high amounts of caffeine and I don't want to cause side effects. Sorry to bump this, didn't want to litter the forums with similar threads.
