100g of oats and 30g of whey (or whatever) in water or skimmed milk mixed with a fork is fine as a drink, don't need a shaker, mix it in a pint glass and gulp it down.
getting 5kg of both thru tommorrow
so how do you mix these ? can you heat it ?
Do you fill a bowl of oats, mix the whey with water in a screw top then add it to the bowl then microwave it ?
Any ideas on what to use to add flavour ?
thanks in advance.

Just gave it a try, tastes really good !!
100g oats, 40g Wc80 and 5g BCAA
Im planning on having 1 for breakfast, no lunch and 1 as a post workout meal at 3:00 (workout 2-3) having some fruit and nuts here and there. Dinner will be chicken breast in pittas and a bedtime shake of mpc and olive oil. I also have 2 omega 3 caps and 1 glucosamine & Chrodotrin & MSM cap 3 times a day. I also have a pre workout 3g CEE and 3g AEE and 3g l-Glutamine in the morning. Working out 5 times a week for 1 hour a session and rockclimbing at my local wall for 3-4 hours 2-3 times a week.
Sounds like a good diet and training schedule to me. Perhaps overdoing it slightly but I wanna be looking good for the summer.

I' deffinatly reconmend not having 5 x 1 hour session per week, way to much, it'll do more harm than good!

you think so ?
I am doing the old fashioned 1 session per body part, and never doing back or bicep the same day as I rockclimb as I find my grades slip badly.
And if a climbing session is too strenuous I skip the gymn the following day, mainy because I ache all over and if i were to go would not be able to do anything anyway.
Also, I forgot to mention, I also snack on a few peanut butter on Wholemeal toast in the evenings.
By the way Fin, you have a hot little lady there

how long you been training?
Wots the workouts like?
What have your gains been like doing only one bodypart per session?
and thanks Lee![]()
