Hi all - hope someone can help out.

Am kinda new to this building and am trying to get my diet sorted at the moment - I am hoping to try get a shake of some sort to replace 1 or 2 of my meals (i work full time and am studying 2 courses at the moment) as i have very limited free time.

Would a mixture of whey and rolled oats be a good option for a mrp?
Should i be adding anything else to this?

I've checked out various mrp's but usually a bit pricey so any suggestions would be great.

    Cheers

MP are due to release a MRP next on their MPmax range. It will be a very high quality MRP and you can bet it will be well priced.

Lots of the members here use oat and whey shakes which would be a good alternative

    25% whey
    70% oats
    5% flax powder
150g per serving would be a great MRP:

    40P
    65C
    10-15F

If its ur 1st order dont forget to use a discount code to get 5% off, mine is MP225.

Shakes should not be used to REPLACE meals but in addition to meals, or where circumstances means a healthy meal is not available. (e.g. work/travel)

MRP shakes can be very handy with work and i have used a whey and oats mix its an effective mix but i really began to dread my 3pm shake so i had to find a more commercial alternative until the mpmax ones are out. I hate to buy from other places but i had to or i was gonna be ill
many use whey and oats and love it
