    Hey All,

    Until now I haven't tried any pre workout supplements or drinks. Didnt realy believe in them at all, but recently a friend gave me a few servings of pre workout supplement. The effects when I worked out were quite good. But the price isn't. Which supplements that MP offer are most like this one?

    I already take between 5-8 grams of creapump so not so bothered about not getting any additional creatine.

    Is Pulse the only one?

    Any reviews or advice please.

    Pulse looks like a decent pre-workout supp, I haven't tried it myself because I don't like taking sucrolose. I do actually rate Guarana quite highly so give it a go. Take some additional BCAA with it pre-workout and you should feel good.

    Pulse is pretty good although I've had better but none with better value.

    Just a heads up, you have named a competitor product in your initial post, edit your post to remove the name if you can, the mods will be along to do such else-wise

    I don't actually think that a intra workout pump is all that beneficial... it looks cool, but I can give myself a monsterous pump by doing some weird high rep movements... it doesn't mean I am gonna gain huge mass from doing light weights. Does it actually help shuttle nutrients into the muscle? That is a topic that has been up for debate for a long time.

    Maybe I am just drunk, but that looks like a reasonable stab at what I was trying to say...

    Yeah I have a few scoops of Impact Whey before and after with Creapure in. @Minihulk Taking BCAAs, is that needed if I am having a few scoops of Whey as they contain BCAA's (I think that is right...)

    I did buy the Lean Muscle bundle but was a bit confused about what to take as it included 2 products that were for post-workouts. At the moment just sticking to Impact Whey while I shake off an injury then I think I'll invest in some other products when i get more into a routine

    I'm pretty unaffected by them on the whole but experimented with the lot, quite impressed with citrulline and beta alanine but a slightly higher doses. Thats probs what I'd keep out of my massive pre WO ****tail!
