    Hi guys,

I came across this article on one of my misspent hours at work and thought it was an interesting read and thought a few of you might like to read it as I know there are some fans of AAKG on the site.

NO2 does not build muscle, it simply gives a nice pump.

how about the idea of increased blood flow to muscles? greater removal of waste products, decreae blood viscosity so faster muscluar contractions, greater increase of enzymes to muscle etc etc....

Yea, my experience of N02 is an insane pump, which can only be a good thing, since more oxygen and nutrients are getting to the muscle when working out.
I use it and creatine together

The body is perfectly fine at supplying muscles with nutrients as it is. I have also never seen any evience it helps with removal of lactate to a significant degree.

Doesn't Nitric Oxide also act as a precursor to peroxynitrite and acute oxidation?
