My flatmate delicately pointed out that I'd being burping a lot recently. Now that he's drawn my attention to it, I realise I am burping all the time!! After consulting my flatmate he said I'd been doing it for the last couple of weeks.

Two weeks ago, I began taking the following supplements for the first time, so I have a feeling it might be one of (or the combination of) the following:

    Alpha Lipoic Acid
    Mega Green Tea
    Odourless Garlic

I also have been taking for some time:

    Alpha Men
    Super Omega 3
    Vitamin D

Any help on these would be much appreciated, apparently they don't smell too good either!

In the absence of a better strategy, I will phase one supp out at a time and monitor for improvements.

I also know it could be due to something else entirely, so any suggestions on that would be much appreciated too!

Come on, stop burping all the time. It's so juvenile...

i'll say i am doing the same, and though it's highly unlikely to be limited to a select few supps, i am also taking omega 3 and mega green tea, and i too have been burping more than ever >.<

i'd hazard a guess and say try without the omega 3 first :P

I replied to this on FB, then realised I got an account on here (D'oh!). So graciously C&P'd:

You're almost on a PAGG (Policolsanol, Alpha Liopic Acid, Green Tea, Garlic Extract) stack...do a google on Tim Ferriss' 4 Hour Body.

Depending on how much ALA you're taking, higher dosages can lead to slight acid reflux or general gassiness. Especially if taken before meals. You might want to play around with your ALA quantities. Ditto Garlic (is it Allicin 6000?)

Also, probably look at the super omega 3. Though I've never taken it so can't really comment on experience (other than the fishy burps I used to have as a kid when my mum used to make me swallow a big ol' tablespoon of cod liver oil. Yuck!)
