    I've got a degenerated and dehydrated l5/s1 and am trying to find some good quality , high molecular weight, hyaluronic acid. Must be at least 500,000 daltons. Any one used any before? Cheers!

    @ Dowdy He has problems with his spinal disks - the substance he is talking about will help their regeneraration.

    @ SF Has anyone suggested using an inversion table or something similar. There is a thread on these forums somewhere, have a look using the adavanced search feature.
