OK. so, one teaspoon>one cup ( 2-2.5dl)>3x a day?
I was taking cider vinegar 3x
PS.
You didn't cut up your chilies, did you?
I would personally use fresh each time, the gingerols and capsaicin will leech out and won't be as potent for the next batch. I am sure it will still work well, but for maximum power I would get new ones. Seriously be careful with the peppers, and don't let the mixture touch the side of the glass when you add it to water or you will burn your lips.

I put a hole in the chilli peppers, but I don't think it is necessary, the vinegar will penetrate through it and extract the compounds regardless.
There is no real set amount for it, lately I add it to my gf's cups of green tea and she has about 3 a day. She has been eating quite badly lately but still losing weight, she has cut out all forms of wheat and it is doing her wonders.
I just found out, lol.
Garlic contains sulfur compounds which can react with copper to form copper sulfate, a blue or blue-green compound. The amount of copper needed for this reaction is very small.
Good.
Forgot to put fenugreek though. Hope that's not a big deal. ( Or can I put it today? )So I've got about 10 cloves of garlic, one peeled and cut ginger and about 10 angry scotch bonnets in 1/2l of cider vinegar.
I understand that in a week time I could begin takin it?
You can add the fenugreek now.
Well, I couldn't wait to give the concoction to my gf (that sounds dirty) so I only waited 2 days before letting her sample it... she said it was spicy, even at a small teaspoon - so it can be used after 24 hours or so if you are in a rush... now when she uses it (been roughly 20 days) she says it's like drinking hell if I put two teaspoons of it in a green tea, lol.
So... your gf has lost some weight with this, right? And you?
