    Hey all,

Ive been training pretty hard over the last 8 weeks but im reaching a level of total boredom with cardio. I feel like ive got lots more to give with cardio etc so I have invested in some pre workout.

Mentioning competitor products is against the rules.

Pulse is great. I have broken many PB's whilst using it. Pulse also won't make you fail a drug test, unlike the competitor's product.

Pulse is great, and unlike some other pre-workout products doesn't contain any 'party' drugs that are banned. It is enough to keep you mentally focused and give you the boost to get through hard workouts.

I like Pulse because if you don't use alot it doesn't mess you up for the day/night - I am quite sensitive to stimulants and hate not being able to sleep or not being able to eat for hours if I have too much caff etc. So it's a small serving for me which also means it lasts me ages

Pulse is great. I got a nice bit of focus and a bit of pump from it. Doesn't taste bad either

Unlike competitor products I didn't get a) anxiety and tightness in my chest and b) the urgent need to go to the toilet.

Sorry for mentioning a competitors product, I didnt know MP had their own untill after I had posted.

I used the product today and I must admit, It worked. I only used one serving and did an extra 15mins on the tredmill with the feeling of wanting to keep going and going. I also worked my back and it felt great. I was really zoned in on what I was doing. I will most definately be buying some Pulse in the next month or two.

The only thing I would say is that I had a strange tingling feeling in my lower arms and hands, would this be a normal thing? anyone experienced this on the Pulse??

I've reached total boredom with cardio pretty much straight away. I would rather dig trenches than run.

Does Pulse contain Beta Alanine? I can't remember right now - if so, this is normal from BA and is nothing to worry about.

Yes it does contain Beta Alanine.

Pulse only seemed to give me a focus/pump once. Other than that it didn't seem to make any difference with me!

i would like to try EXCEED, buts it curently out of stok. Any thoughts/reviews on the afromentioned pre-workout? Since i'm doing keto combined with IF, i find myself looking for some calorie-free pre-workouts for the fasted training.
