I used to take Creatine Mono and BCAA powder together no problem, but haven't tried them in tablet form. Try taking them separately. Maybe take the Creatine an hour after the BCAA and see if that makes any difference.
I am a few weeks into a new programme and I am seeing big benefits already (I’ll add a separate post re: programme), but I decided to add a few supplements into my routine to give me an extra boost.
On Tuesday I started taking 5-10g of Creatine Monohydrate and have been doing it for a couple of days. Yesterday I started taking BCAA+ (8 tablets). Last night and this morning I have been incredible anally explosive (of the gaseous nature!), so I am a bit nervous about combining these supplements.
Has anybody had a similar experience with either Creatine or BCAA+ by themselves or in combination? Will my gaseous outbursts subside or is it par for the course?
I know that it is extremely early days, but I usually have a cast iron stomach, so this has taken me by surprise.

I'm generally nervous about taking supplements, but will hang in there for another week. My pee also looks radioactive despite me upping fluid intake to over 4 litres per day.
Hopefully I'll settle down soon.
