Surely hurricane XS s a pre-work out supp...ie you take it before training....wouldn't expect any benefit over normal whey if your taking it after a workout???? not sure though
Also if your supplementing protein on non-training days you might want to look into casein proteins as they release in the body more slowly....I assume this would suit you better or why would you be taking it on your off days.
Finally what training are you doing??? If its weights then training in the morning isn't ideal....how much energy do you think your muscles have at 8am, especially if your not having anything until post-WO
