Thanks for that guys. I cant have dairy as it causes me to have really bad Psoriasis. Have tired it a few times to check and its defo down the dairy.
Im already having 5 eggs and an egg white powder shake before bed so was going to try something else when I need it. Just waiting for the brown rice to come back into so I can give it a whirl.
Yea know what you mean benseb, would be great just to bang 2 scoops in a shaker and not have to think about it!

If you eliminate dairy from your diet you might find you become more tolerant of it later. I couldn't have any and now I can get away with mixing some impact whey into my shakes (or even having a whey shake) occassionally because I'm not overloaded with it from other sources. Makes things a bit easier!

Eliminating gluten and possibly even grains completely, could more than likely also help with diary tolerance. Worth a go if you love diary, and everyone should

How do you fair with hard cheeses and fermented diary such as natural yoghurt, out of interest?
