Hi! I am using MP hurricane evo at the moment it says to have immediatly after your work out and keep that time on none work out days, the problem i've got is that i finish my work out sometimes quite late and last time i took cratine later on it kept me up most the night. So i've been taking it in the morn and late afternoon before the gym. Will it still have the same effect

I've never heard of creatine giving anyone sleeping problems before! All it's doing is pulling water into your muscles and you've got creatine naturally in your body anyway. Are you sure it was the creatine that kept you up?

That aside, you should be getting a decent meal after your training (as well as your shake if you want), not going straight to bed!

sounds like you might be training too late, thats whats keeping you up....the creatine should work regardless of when you take it during the day

I find taking creatine late on before bed gives me headaches upon waking, much like a hangover, I guess dehydration. Try not to take it any later than 7pm now.
