Can you list the supplements please mate
Hello all,
I've bought two months worth of the new years bundle MP are currently doing. I was wanting advice on when to take each supplement and dosage. I am looking to do 3 weights sessions a week alongside kickboxing training 1/2 times a week. I will also be doing cardio in the gym.
Any advice is appreciated!

Yes, sorry for the delay. I have total protein, creatine monohydrate, recovery xs, vitamin c, omega 3, thermopure, instant oats and peanut butter. I was thinking:
1 recovery shake after each gym session
2 total protein shakes per day
creatine once a day in the morning with the vitamin c and omega 3
thermopure before a session
Would this be a good way to do it or any suggestions?
Creatine monohydrate you will have to load. Id google loading as you need to do this for 1 to 2 weeks even chek the forum i use the other creatine which doesnt need loading. But both have benefits. Just drink loadsa water. My workouts same time so i take creatine and thermapure prior to workout.
post workout you could have a recovery shake with instant oats when your body neess carb. Vit C maybe again afterwrkout. I take super omega 3, 3 x a day with a meal. check use instructions. In all honesty some of my breakfasts are a oats, protein n peanut butter smoothie which is also a goid snack. Remember all of these are supplements so try eating whole foods n clean protein too.

When would you suggest taking the total protein? Im probably going to go with once a day alongside recovery xs on training days then just once a day on non-training. Would it be best in the morning or evening or split the dose over both?
Agree with above. I guess if you were really thinking about it maybe before bed as its slow releasing is total protein socan feed ur muscles during rexovery timei.e when your sleeping etc. Just make sure that when you are taking the protein shakes youre getting the adequate amount of protein. As personally i only use a single scoop twice a day ( overall 1 serving) ratherthen the 2/3 times they suggest as my protein is coming from food etc
