    I'm not saying that, I personally eat 290-310g of protein a day at my bodyweight of around 81k... mostly for TEF and satiety.

    Forgive me if I didn't make it clear, I seem to lack a way with words today ;D The MINIMUM amount of protein required for MAXIMAL protein synthesis, is 20g in the body. Therefore, to benefit from fasted training BUT in an optimal environment, 10g BCAA or 20g total protein from another source, is required (allowing for full protein snyth at minimal calories, thus minimal effect to blood sugar and therefore the fasted state).
