    Hi

    I weight train at lunch times just under an hour and then have my lunch. Usually quite healthy I think? Meat and veg and sometimes potatoes.;

    But I am now taking Hurricane xs too. So I eat then after about 30mins have a shake.

    So two questions really.

    One is, is it bad to eat and have that at the same time?
    Also is the dextrose in the shake not that good for you? Will it not just put on fat?

    It also says you should have two servings a day? I think that is quite a lot?

    Any advice or opinions would be helpful

    personally i would just have the dextrose post workout, as for the shake with lunch theres nothing wrong with taking them both. or you could leave the shake until later on when you are hungry as your already getting protein after your workout form your lunch.
    I may not be there yet, but I am closer than I was yesterday.

    depends what works for you, as long as your post work out meal has plenty of protein then the shake might be unneccasary, also if you think 2 servings is a lot then you dont understand how much you need to eat to get optimal muscle gains....depends on your diet though, if your that bothered then would be worth posting up your full diet and training plan along with goals
