    Hi i've recently purchased this bundle which consists of: Hurricane xs, Recovery evo, Tribulus pro, ZMA, BCAA powder (500g), Thermopure. Now it doesn't tell you when is best to take the products so i looked at the individual ones but some say take on an empty stomach now does this mean i could eat after taking them or not? Could you please advise when will be best to take the products for best?.

    i also bought lean gains bundle, this is what it says now for my purchase....
    # Breakfast
    2 CLA softgels
    # Lunch
    1 Daily Vit
    # Pre Workout
    2-3 Thermopure capsules
    # Training
    # Post Workout Shake
    70g Hurricane XS
    3g of Taurine
    # Bed
    3g of Taurine

    when i bought them on sunday it said on the MP website
    breakfast 2 thermopure softgels
    lunch 2 thermopure softgels
    pre workout 3g of taurine, 2 tablets of beta alanine
    train 70g huricain xs, 1 daily vit
    bed 3g of taurine.

    confusing... please can someone help???

    This is going to a answer in relation to my experience of taking these supplemens - please note I have not bought the lean gains bundle - however I have been taking supplments, and more importantly training (power lifting/building) for a number of years (not a brag but just to put into perspective DL 400lbs, squat 375lbs). So with that said:

    Any kind of thermogenic should be taken first thing in the morning on an empty stomach (this may also relate to CLA but I have never taken this) - then do some light cardio - even just a half hour walk on your way to work (thats what I do). Then take thermogenic again before lunch (again a walk here wont hurt if you have time). Then I eat my first meal of the day.

    BCAA - take this prior to working out (usually drink the majority 5 mins before weight training). And then some during.

    Post workout take hurricane (whey protien whatever).

    Take ZMA 1/2 and hour before bed time (prefereablly on an empty stomach)

    Tribulus - Take half the daily dose in the morning then half in the evening

    Recovery evo (not sure about this) buts its probably a meal replacement type thing. Use only when you dont have whole food.
