Hi could anybody advise if it is ok to prepare the total breakfast drink the night before and put in fridge ready for next morning. I'm not sure if this might affect any of the nutritional goodness as some drinks say to drink soon after preparing?

I'm not really saying it as a timesaver, its just that it can be a bit lumpy so I reckon overnight will help dissolve lumps better plus making it nice and cold and easier to drink.
