I have just recieved my months supply - big bundle from my protein. The suggested intake is:

    Breakfast
    100g of Instant Oats
    25g of True Whey

    # Lunch
    1 x Daily Vits

    # Pre Workout Shake
    100g of Instant Oats
    25g of True Whey
    5g of Creatine Monohydrate

    # Training

    # Post Workout Shake
    50g of Dextrose
    25g of True Whey

I may be being stupid but Are these meant to be all mixed together in one shake? or all elements taken separately ?

its your call, you can do either, see which you prefer. certainly mix the dextrose with the whey otherwise your just drinking a sugary water!

I persoanlly have my Creatine and vits as part of my morning ritual, theres no real benefits to taking them at certain times

Technically vitamin absorption is much improved after eating and creatine absorption is increased directly after training, but it still works fine if you take creatine in the mornings as well.
