  1. Smile Which Protein best for bulk/gain???

    Hi,

    I been working out on and off for 8 months or so and have bulked up a bit and intend to do so for another 6/8 months

    I been using a competitor product before I started using Impact Whey Protein.. they both give good results but Impact Protein was cheaper, lasted longer and had more protein

    Do i still stick with 'Impact Whey Protein'? or try 'Total Protein' or 'Hurricane XS'?

    PS: Should i also buy 'Instant Oats'- they seem effective and cheap and do i just mix it with protein shake? or water? or milk?

    stick with Impact Whey Protein unless you have a specific need to change.
    you will only needs oats if you are not hitting your daily calorie or carb intake.
    yes you can mix the aots with protein.
    milk, water - again, do you need the extra cals from milk, will this take you over your limit? personally i take with wateron wo days and with milk on non wo days.
