    Is there any issue in making up a large whey shake and keeping it in the fridge throughout the day? Don't plan on keeping It any longer than 12hrs, but just think it is more convenient to make one big one and then it's there as soon as I need it.

    I do this all the time, even kept it over night before. It does tend to go off a bit after 24 hours though.

    as soon as you need it? it takes, what, 20 seconds to make a shake?
