I have ordered some impact whey protein (Impact Whey Protein from Myprotein)

This is going to be my first time on any sort of supplement, and I was wondering if I can mix creatine monohydrate (Creatine Monohydrate from Myprotein)
along with the whey protein to help me work out for longer/harder and get results faster.

I am currently 6ft 3, 180 pounds (13stone) and am looking to build muscle.
I am totally new to this all so please excuse my lack of knowledge.

    Thanks.

    Welcome to the forum dude!

Simple answer - yeah it wont explode or poison you or anything.

Long answer - make sure your whole diet is squared up. Supplements can't cover up a bad diet. And by good diet i dont mean loads of pasta and veg - I mean learn about what makes a good diet in the beginner and diet stickies! If you don't educate yourself, you will eventually give up as you will be achieving little or nothing...
