simple answer - yes you can take it with rugby.
if you are really concerned with hydration, just take the cratine in the morning. i took creatine while playing rugby for many years and had no issues
I've never tried Creatine before but recently bought 500g of Creatine Mono from here. I was planning to use it when i hit a wall with my training or struggle to inprove my lifts, but would it be ok to use while rugby training or playing rugby?
I live in Finland so my rugby season doesn't start for 5 months, so i have time to focus on heavy lifting and use the creatine with that, or i was thinking of saving some to use for rugby?
I'm just concerned about not getting enough water during matches so this might be bad for me? I get a dry mouth anyway when i play as we play our matches in summer and the waterboys are lazy ha! But would creatine make this worse?
Has anyone used creatine with rugby? Or any other sport?
Thanks for any suggestions!

Great, thanks mate!
I'll try the creatine with my weight sessions to see how my body reacts but i'll save some for the season. I'm coming back from knee ligament damage so i need all the help i can get to catch up with the rest of the team!
