    Hi guys,

I've been using Hurricane XS (and Hurricane Evo when it's in the deals) for a while but I'm starting to think it might not be ideal for what I'm doing.

I'm a 400m/400mH track athlete and I train 6 days a week; 3 on the track, 3 in the gym. My track sessions mostly consist of sprint repeats of various lengths as usual for a 400m runner, and my gym sessions are mostly powerlifting, squats, bench, deadlift and specialist moves (ham curls, SL deadlifts etc, dead drops etc).

I'm 6'2"weight 87kg, so I'm not as lean as I like. Also, due to the nature of my training I need to be able to recover quickly, increase power and buffer lactic buildup during those longer sprint sessions and races while remaining as lean as possible.

On top of Hurricane XS I have a couple of protein bars a day to snack on at work (I work till 4 every day and train in the afternoons/evenings). How should I change this, what should I use and how should Iuse it? I need your expertise!

    Cheers!
