Hi folks
I am clued up on supplements due to working in the fitness industry for 4 years, however i have a slight question that i am after people's previous experiences.
I am currently using ******** and i find that my skin breaks out in spots, mainly cystic and extremely painful/embarrassingly big! I understand the reasons why i am getting breakouts and i have been taking up to 10g per day of Vitamin B5 as it helps to reduce oil production and sebum reaching surface level.
My questions are:
- What test booster has worked best for you?
- Did you experience more acne than usual?
- Do you know of any treatments that can reduce spots? (i know about the usual ones - eye drops, toothpaste, wash with good facial scrub etc)
