I had 400mg before the gym, yesterday. Let's put it this way, it kept me very warm on the walk to, and from the gym.
I think 400mg of caffeine is a LOT! I wouldn't take anymore than 200mg in one go

400mg is mild when you have a tolerance
I used to ping pro plus and esspressos on the nightshift and now they don't seem to do much anymore unfortunately!

I think i will order The PULSE from myprotein, and some BA, Citrulline Malate
and Taurine; Bcaa's and Leucine
AND add to my Pre WO shake with PULSE 2g off CM and 2g Of taurine with Glutamine (5g) .
During Workouts i will add BCAA'a + Leucine (Probably 5 + 5g)
And Post workout:
Whey (30-40g) + maltodextrina + 5g Creatine Mono + BA (2-3g) + Glutamine(5g) + Leucine (2g) + ?? (BCAA?s it is importante here? i have the BCAA'S from whey...?)
