    Hi Folks,

I been thinking in the last days, buy my own ingredients to made an effective pre workout supplement, with ingredients that really works, I would like to know your opinion and add something or somewhere better in the combo that i think.

I actually consume pre wokout :
    (2,30 before training +-) :
bread with steak or tuna, 200 g natural yougurt
    (1h before training +-) :
    50g Oats,
    3g Glutamina,
    30g whey, 1g creatine, 3g Bcaas
    and
30min before training (200mg cafeine) xD

But now, I've read that are effective and want to include probably :
    Beta alanina
    Citrulline Malate
    Taurin

What do you think about, Dosages, safety.. etcs,

    Besta Regards from Portugal,

Opinions about Beta alanina, Citrulline Malate , Taurin and if exist problems with mixing with creatine, bcaas and glutamina in the pre workout shaker.
And the safety dosages for normal Humans.. xD

Anyone have tried this ingredients before?
I would like to know if the ingredients are effective or a waste of money..

    Regards from Portugal,

Ive done them all together and with others, ended up rating beta alanine, creatine and glutamine mix. Citrulline was a nice addition but quite expensive. That said I'm pretty convinced that the main plus was the psychological one with the chemistry lab ritual to Amon Amarth 30 mins before lifting!

    Anywhere near caldas de rainha?

My portuguese is lacking I'm afraid, just have family friends near there in hills where you'd definitely get away with murder!

Expensive pee makes you stronger you know?

Unlikely to see problems if you keep with in MP's recommended dose. My view was to titrate to how I reacted, didn't bother cycling per se and don't remember much change in effect over time. Then I bummed out and let everything slide! If you've got cash to burn give it ago, gives a bit of a kick to me!

I should say I drink a ton of coffee and am quite stim resistant too.

Only worry I had with Taurine is vaguely remember something about psoriasis induction in higher doses! Its a funny one, paradoxically I tend to take it at bed time now, Mrs Hodi loves it to help her sleep, didn't give any boost to my pre WO mix, but then again its pro GABA

    Thanks for tips Hodi,
My english is not perfect too ..
I have read too, that tauryne can compete with beta alanine in receptor cells when mix together and drink in one shot.. xD so your approach to take taurine in night should already take it into account right?
I think i will order beta alanina wit citrulline malate...
I have to arrive 190KG Squat.. xDD

Im looking to pulse suplement but have ingredients that i don't want like AAKG; if there are supplements with ephemeral results, the NO enhancers are one of them. Believe that blood flow is not the limiting factor it comes to cellular nutrition ... if the cell does not need, does not absorb. Any problem with this type would be derived from poor irrigation (lack or obstruction of capillaries) and not of the caliber of the vessel. And then the effect is systemic ... only during training one can say that they are vessels of the affected muscle worked because the muscle contraction stimulates the production of NO ... out of this, the effect is much like the muscles in the coronary or cerebral arteries ...

Im sure someone on mp put up a study showing beta alanine and taurine don't inhibit either one.

Good pick me up for gym: 400mg caffeine, a tiny bit of geranium, d-phen...

Another place i read from caffeine may actually inhibit muscle growth something about restricting blood vessels or something. Worth a google if anything.
