    Heeeeeloooo,

    First time ive posted on here but not new to the whole protein scene.

    Im going to be running a half marathon in march (not long now) and i need something to help me with my training. I currently weigh 11 and half stone 5'11 and im 26. Im not toned at all but i want to become toned.

    I was thinking of getting the Recovery XS, dextrose and creatine to take as a shake to aid with my running.

    I currently have total impact protein and dextrose which i take after a run but going to start taking it before a run. Im about near to running out and need to order some more so was going to change what i order.

    Also been told the thermopure would help me lose them flabby bits and help tone up. Is that right?

    So basically i just want to know if im going down the right path with what im going to order? Which is the following.

    Recovery XS
    Dextrose
    Creatine
    Thermopure

    I do currently have a healthy eating lifestyle.

    After looking through all the posts on here and the site some more im not sure if getting the recovery xs is the best option.

    Whats peoples views?

    Im going to be wanting to have a scoop with my oats in the morning, one pre work out and one after work out. I usually go for a run or work out in the evenings.

    Theres a phosphate salt you can use that mp sell on here that is good by review, haven't tested myself though.

    Caffeine, L-tryosine/D-phen with geranium if you dare for the event.

    You look like you have the skinny fat syndrome. Don't think the marathon will get you shredded as it wont im sure i read on here marathon runner just get more adapt at storing more fat to burn and it looks true if you checked out the runners. If you want to look lean lift weights its the fastest route to leanest.
